A long-time Bitcoin investor since 2018, he views decentralized digital assets as a cornerstone of future wealth preservation — not just in theory, but in practice.
Steffen is a dual-qualified lawyer (Germany and England & Wales) with over 20 years of international legal experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and East Asia. He has advised governments, defense and intelligence contractors, and leading AI and technology firms on complex regulatory, geopolitical, and cross-border matters.
A graduate of advanced technology programs at MIT and Oxford, his legal career spans export control regimes, infrastructure deals, intellectual property, and high-stakes negotiations in some of the world’s most sensitive sectors.
As Head of Legal at Presight.ai, he led the company’s IPO and legal strategy, helping it become the largest publicly listed AI company in the Middle East, currently valued at over USD 5.7 billion.
